About Your Practitioner


Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, and it’s completely natural to experience uncertainty, hesitation, or fear when taking this first step. During times of emotional distress, we may feel weighed down by the complexities of our relationships, the demands of daily life, or the intensity of our feelings. These challenges can make it difficult to cope, and many people find themselves struggling to navigate these moments on their own.
In my work, I take a comprehensive, culturally sensitive, and eclectic approach to ensure that each client’s unique experiences, needs, and goals are fully supported. While my practice draws on a variety of therapeutic perspectives, I remain committed to an individualized approach that honours each client’s autonomy, self-determination, and place within their healing journey. This flexibility allows me to support clients as they move through a wide range of life experiences and challenges.
Healing is a complex process, and therapy flourishes within an environment of safety and connection. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship and strive to create a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where clients can strengthen their self-awareness and commitment to personal growth.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a graduate degree from Yorkville University, a bachelor’s degree in Community Mental Health, and a diploma in Social Service Work.
I enjoy volunteering within my community, supporting youth and adults with diverse abilities as well as individuals experiencing homelessness.

My Approach to Therapy


Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I believe that meaningful change happens when clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace.
